What is Faith Based Diets?
Faith based diets is generally a bible believer's diet. It is a diet plan which Jesus would have eaten if he would have been alive today. To follow faith diets is to be faithful Christians and to look after ourselves and eat healthily.

What is fasting?
Fasting is an act of total or partial abstinence from food for a limited period of time.

As long as a person is sincere about what he or she believes, what difference does it make what they believe?
What we have to understand is that sincerely believing in something doesn't make it true. Our beliefs - no matter how deeply rooted - have no effect on reality. What counts is not the sincerity of the faith, but the object of our faith. here's some very good advice given in the Bible in 1 Thessalonians 5:21, where it says, "Test everything. Hold on to the good."

What is Christianity?
Christianity is the religion based on the teachings of Jesus Christ. All Christians believe in one God who is the creator of heaven and earth with Jesus as his son.

Who is a Christian?
A Christian is the one who believes in and follows the teachings of Jesus Christ and practices righteousness as a way of life.

What is Sin?
Sin is the transgression of God's laws and all unrighteousness. Sin is rebellion against God and his authority. The bible describes sin as lawlessness.

What is faith?
Faith is the belief and confidence in the words of God. Without faith one cannot be saved: all the promises of God must be accepted by faith in order to secure his promises.
